Must have
- Active Florida LPN license
- Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing school
- High school diploma or GED

- One year Medical Assistant work experience within last two years
- Medical Assistant certification within 90 days of employment
- Current BLS certification or obtain within 90 days
- One year experience in primary care setting
- Current BLS certification or obtain within three months

- Experience or training in a medical health care facility as an LPN
