What you would do
- Evaluate patient needs via telephone triage
- Administer medications and injections, documenting as ordered
- Identify and provide patient and family education
- Recognize and respond to emergency situations
- Document patient information following clinical policies
- Facilitate patient flow in the physician's office
Must have
- Active Florida LPN license from accredited school
- OR high school diploma or GED
- Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program
- OR one year Medical Assistant experience in last two years
- Medical Assistant certification within 90 days of hire
- Current BLS certification or obtain within 90 days
Nice to have
- Experience or training in a medical health care facility as LPN
- Gyn-Oncology experience
