What you would do
- Greet patients upon arrival
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Complete new patient registration and data entry
- Discuss insurance benefits, authorizations, and payment responsibilities
- Collect patient balances including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
Must have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
