What you would do
- Deliver one-on-one therapy using evidence-based ABA techniques
- Make learning fun through structured play and interactive activities

- Communicate with families and team for consistent support
- Help adapt therapy plans to each child's unique needs
- Bring creativity, energy, and patience to every session
Must have
- High school diploma required
- Passion for working with children
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable and motivated
- Comfortable working independently in home and community settings
- Tech-savvy and organized
- Positive and creative mindset
- Able to work flexible hours including after school and evenings
Nice to have
- College coursework in psychology, education, or related field
