What you would do
- Manage a caseload of 8-10 families with adolescents aged 6-18
- Provide mental health services in home, office, and telehealth settings
- Maintain flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Complete all documentation to required standards
- Collaborate with support services and participate in supervision
- Implement Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) model
Must have
- Virginia-registered Resident in Counseling (LMHP-R) or Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-S)
- Eligible to register as Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work
- QMHP-C with 5+ years experience working with children and families
- Valid driver's license, insurance, own vehicle, and good driving record
- Passion for serving youth and families
- Strong communication skills
