The role

What you would do
- Provide skilled nursing interventions for illness, rehabilitation, and preventive care
- Deliver problem-specific therapeutic interventions and training per care plan
- Make initial sales presentations and explain services to prospective clients
- Perform community outreach to promote home care services
- Educate clients, hospital staff, physicians, and stakeholders on admission process
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team on patient care
Must have
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma
- Certificate of Practical Nursing or Associate Degree
- Current unrestricted Missouri nursing license
- CPR certified
- Minimum 2 years direct patient contact
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or in-home care agency
- Clinical skills and bedside manner
- Infection control knowledge
- Medication administration skills
- Medical teamwork and communication skills
- Health promotion and maintenance abilities
