What you would do

Ensure positive customer service and quality care standards
Incorporate wellness philosophy into staff evaluations
Provide direct resident care and medication management
Complete and maintain accurate health assessments and service plans
Direct resident care and service management approaches
Ensure compliance with medication management procedures

Must have

Graduate of accredited nursing school
Current RN or LPN state license
Minimum two years management in long-term care or assisted living
Knowledge of elderly disease processes and dementia
Knowledge of nursing practices for geriatric residents
Understanding of resident assessments and care planning
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making
Minimum two years supervisory and management experience
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
