What you would do

Demonstrate positive customer service and uphold quality care standards
Incorporate wellness philosophy into staff evaluation processes
Provide direct resident care and medication management when needed
Complete and maintain accurate health assessments and service plans
Direct format and approach for resident care management
Ensure compliance with medication management procedures

Must have

Graduate of accredited nursing school
Current state RN or LPN license
Minimum two years management in long-term care or assisted living
Knowledge of elderly disease processes and dementia care
Knowledge of nursing practices for geriatric residents
Understanding of resident assessments and care planning
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making
Minimum two years supervisory and management experience
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office

Previous experience in assisted living
