What you would do

Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Keep resident information confidential per HIPAA guidelines
Assist with daily living activities like turning, ambulating, and serving food
Help with personal hygiene including bedpans and bathing
Provide adjunct care like ice packs and dressings during therapy
Monitor and record food intake and urinary/fecal output

Must have

Passion for the senior population
High school diploma or GED
State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently with team direction
Excellent oral communication skills with bedside manner
Handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments calmly

Nice to have

Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
