What you would do

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities
  • Serve meals and clear tables in the dining room
  • Respond to resident emergency call system
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition to coordinator
  • Communicate politely with residents and family members

Must have

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED may be required per state regulations
  • Willing to obtain 80-hour personal care training certificate
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Dedication to serve seniors with excellent customer service
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Willing to work every other weekend and holidays
