What you would do

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Help with positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care
  • Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities
  • Serve meals and clear tables in the dining room
  • Respond to resident emergency call system
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition

Must have

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED accepted
  • Willing to obtain 80-hour personal care training certificate
  • Positive attitude and flexibility for various duties
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service
  • Ability to act in residents' best interest
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
