What you would do
- Oversee daily operations of behavioral services programs
- Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team
- Develop and manage program budgets
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Monitor service delivery for individualized interventions
- Oversee development and evaluation of behavioral treatment plans
Must have
- Master's degree in behavioral health or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in behavioral health
- At least 1-2 years leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong background in program development and management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within community
