What you would do

  • Oversee daily operations of behavioral services programs
  • Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and manage program budgets
  • Foster a collaborative team environment
  • Monitor service delivery for individualized interventions
  • Oversee development and evaluation of behavioral treatment plans

Must have

  • Master's degree in behavioral health or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in behavioral health
  • At least 1-2 years leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong background in program development and management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within community
