About Immortals
Immortals, founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo, is building a platform called Blueprint that combines biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols to help people make better health decisions.
What you would do
- Review genomic, laboratory, imaging, and wearable data for individual biochemical insights.
- Conduct telemedicine visits with a high-touch, concierge-style approach.
- Develop personalized, lifestyle-first health plans focusing on mitochondrial health and metabolic flexibility.
- Manage a small cohort of patients, refining protocols based on real-time biomarker feedback.
- Collaborate with health coaches, dieticians, and care coordinators.
- Work with Product and Engineering to build the clinical brain of the platform.
Must have
- Board Certified MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- 10+ years of clinical practice.
- Proven track record in a high-touch longevity-focused concierge model.
- At least 5 years in a Medical Director or executive clinical role.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (multistate preferred).
- Current DEA license.
- Passion for data, self-experimentation, and rejecting mediocre standard of care.
