About Immortals

What you would do
- Transport, set up, calibrate, and break down medical equipment for visits.
- Ensure all devices are functional, charged, and clean before clinician arrival.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues on the spot and own the resolution.
- Build and manage daily and weekly schedules across members, clinicians, and locations.
- Sequence visits based on geography, traffic, and clinical priority.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes.
Must have
- Clinical background in the medical world
- Relentlessly detail-oriented
- High agency and proactive
- Early, reliable, and unflappable
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional, discreet, member-first presence
- Comfortable driving across Los Angeles
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
- Physically able to lift, carry, and set up equipment
Nice to have
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- Experience in concierge, longevity, precision/preventive medicine, or home-based care
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment, point-of-care testing, or imaging logistics
- Comfort with modern scheduling, EHR, and inventory/asset-tracking software
