What you would do
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a limited patient panel
- Conduct preventive care, annual physicals, and chronic disease management
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients
- Provide direct physician access via secure messaging and same-day appointments
- Perform in-office point-of-care testing and oversee diagnostics
- Coordinate referrals and ensure close-loop communication with specialists
Must have
- M.D. or D.O. from accredited medical institution
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
- DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years post-residency clinical experience in primary care
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
