ABA Centers of Virginia provides ABA therapy services for children with autism, with a focus on innovation and quality care.

What you would do

  • Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality
  • Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Provide guidance to grow clinical and professional skills of BCBAs
  • Give direct verbal and written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs
  • Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments for clients
  • Support BCBAs in extended assessment opportunities

Must have

  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Virginia LBA
  • 3 years experience as Licensed BCBA
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Clean background and drug screenings
  • Clean driving record

Nice to have

  • 5 years experience in ABA field
