The role
This is a 1099 independent contractor position combining the roles of a Licensed Psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABA Centers of America, an autism care provider. The psychologist role involves conducting neuropsychological evaluations, writing reports, and supervising diagnostic staff. The BCBA role involves designing and monitoring ABA programs for a caseload of 6-9 learners, supervising RBTs and trainees, and collaborating with families and schools.

What you would do
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological, psychological, and psychoeducational evaluations
- Provide written and oral feedback on evaluation results and recommendations
- Compile detailed reports for medical records and referral sources
- Supervise and train diagnostic specialists in neuropsychological testing
- Participate in weekly clinical training meetings and didactic seminars
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
Must have
- Doctoral degree in Clinical or Developmental Psychology for psychologist track
- Training in assessment of pediatric and adolescent neurodevelopmental disorders
- Experience with administration, scoring, and interpretation of neuropsychological tests
- Experience with measures of intellectual functioning, development, and autism
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis for BCBA track
- Current BCBA certification and licensure
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and providers
- Effective organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Pass background and drug screens
- Willingness to sign company NDA
- Maintain clean driving record

- Two years' experience in the ABA field
- Spanish proficiency
