What you would do

  • Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth
  • Complete initial evaluations and gather relevant clinical information
  • Identify treatment priorities and establish measurable goals
  • Apply therapeutic interventions based on client needs
  • Evaluate progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and records

Must have

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
  • Current Connecticut LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
  • Clinical experience working with individuals in mental health
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively virtually
  • Confidence in making independent clinical decisions
  • Capability to manage an ongoing caseload
