What you would do

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with adult clients via telehealth
  • Explore client history, symptoms, and reasons for seeking therapy
  • Collaborate with clients to define clear and achievable goals
  • Apply therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs
  • Reassess treatment plans as client needs or circumstances change
  • Complete session notes and other required clinical documentation

Must have

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field
  • Current Connecticut LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
  • Clinical experience working directly with individuals in a mental health setting
  • Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively through virtual care
  • Confidence making independent clinical decisions and managing an ongoing caseload
  • Clear, organized, and dependable documentation practices
  • Understanding of privacy, ethics, and professional responsibilities in telehealth
