What you would do

  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients
  • Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
  • Apply evidence-informed counseling approaches based on client goals
  • Review client progress and adjust treatment direction as needed
  • Create a supportive virtual environment for client reflection and planning

Must have

  • Active Minnesota LPCC license in good standing
  • Ability to build rapport through video sessions
  • Maintain a consistent full-time schedule
  • Comfort supporting adult clients with behavioral health concerns
  • Master's degree in counseling or closely related field
  • Professional therapy experience in outpatient, telehealth, or similar settings
