The role

What you would do

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth
  • Assess client symptoms, strengths, needs, and treatment goals
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Apply counseling methods appropriate to each client's needs
  • Help clients develop practical strategies for outside sessions
  • Complete clinical notes and required documentation

Must have

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active LMHC license in Florida
  • Experience providing therapy in clinical, outpatient, private practice, or telehealth setting
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
  • Comfortable working with clients through video-based care
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
