The role

This is a full-time, remote telehealth position for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Delaware. The role involves providing individual, couples, and family therapy, conducting intakes, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What you would do

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Complete clinical intakes and assess client needs
  • Establish and update treatment goals and care plans
  • Address relationship, communication, family, and emotional concerns
  • Apply therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's needs
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment when clinically indicated

Must have

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Active LMFT license in Delaware
  • Experience with relationship-focused treatment models
  • Ability to manage a full-time virtual caseload
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace
