What you would do

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth
  • Work with individuals, couples, and families on presenting concerns
  • Complete intake sessions and assess client history, symptoms, and goals
  • Develop treatment plans based on each client's needs
  • Help clients with communication, emotional regulation, and relationship issues
  • Review progress and adjust treatment goals when needed

Must have

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Massachusetts
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet and a private workspace for virtual sessions
