What you would do

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Explore client concerns about relationships, family roles, communication, and life changes
  • Complete assessments and identify treatment focus areas
  • Develop and adjust care plans based on client progress and needs
  • Support clients with conflict, separation, parenting challenges, and emotional stress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress

Must have

  • Active LMFT license in Colorado
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience working with couples, families, or individual clients
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
