What you would do

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete initial assessments and discuss client concerns
  • Set treatment goals and maintain care plans
  • Help clients address relationship, communication, emotional, and family issues
  • Apply therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs
  • Review progress and adjust treatment as needed

Must have

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Active LMFT license in Iowa
  • Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable providing services through telehealth
  • Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
