The role

This is a full-time remote position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to individuals and families in Connecticut. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, providing ongoing therapy, and maintaining confidential records. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

What you would do

  • Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and document treatment outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
  • Follow applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements

Must have

  • Active LCSW certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • At least 2 years of clinical social work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
