What you would do

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Review referrals and complete initial clinical evaluations
  • Develop treatment goals and select appropriate therapeutic approaches
  • Address relationship, family, emotional, and behavioral concerns
  • Complete risk screenings and follow established safety procedures
  • Provide referrals or additional resources when needed

Must have

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Current and unrestricted LCMFT license in Kansas
  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
  • Comfortable providing counseling through a telehealth platform
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
