What you would do

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via video
  • Assess family dynamics, relationship concerns, and individual needs
  • Develop and update treatment goals and care plans
  • Use appropriate LCMFT interventions based on each case
  • Review client progress and adjust treatment when necessary
  • Complete progress notes and other required records

Must have

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related clinical field
  • Active Maryland LCMFT license
  • Clinical experience with individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and manage caseload independently
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic clinical documentation
