What you would do
- Own end-to-end design for new AI features
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
- Build rapid prototypes, MVPs, and proofs of concept
- Iterate on designs based on feedback
- Maintain and improve the Figma design system
- Ensure designs are responsive across devices
Must have
- 4+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong UI design skills with visual hierarchy
- High-quality portfolio demonstrating UI skills
- Integrate qualitative and quantitative user research
- Experience building and scaling Design Systems in Figma
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and MVPs
- Conduct user interviews and surveys
- Lead tasks from discovery through post-release validation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Daily user of AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor
Nice to have
- Experience designing conversational AI interfaces
- Experience with copilots or AI-driven UX patterns
- Facilitated design workshops or presentations
