What you would do
- Evaluate and treat patients on-site and via telemedicine
- Participate in ergonomic reviews and job site evaluations
- Mentor staff and provide monthly education to healthcare providers
- Complete necessary reports promptly
- Oversee on-site nurse practitioners including chart reviews
- Promote positive image with clients and team members
Must have
- Board-certified or board-eligible in occupational, emergency, or family medicine
- Minimum five years experience in occupational, emergency, or family medicine
- Valid Indiana medical license
- DEA license in good standing
- Current BLS or ACLS certification
- Ability to evaluate and treat patients on-site and via telemedicine
- High level of initiative and independent judgment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Competent with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete reports promptly
Nice to have
- Experience with DOT or medical surveillance exams
- Experience with fitness for duty evaluations
- Ergonomic experience
- Understanding of OSHA regulations
