What you would do
- Deliver measurable impact for Healthcare & Life Sciences customers.
- Scope and own multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives.
- Drive excellence at the BU/Region level for booking and consumption goals.
- Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific complexities.
- Coach and support junior Engagement Managers.
- Shape account strategy and lead sales of Professional Services & Training.
Must have
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
- Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings.
- Ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
- Proficient thought leadership, viewed as external industry expert.
- Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
