What you would do
- Manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections
- Oversee office budget including supplies, equipment, and labor
- Support sales and marketing to increase new patient growth
- Recruit, hire, and develop office teams
- Supervise office teams and manage performance
- Communicate regularly with teams to provide necessary support
Must have
- Management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of billing and treatment case presentation preferred
- Knowledge of insurance plans and dental terminology preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Self-starter and demonstrates initiative
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment
- High engagement and supportive of leadership
- Able to work long hours and stay late if needed
