What you would do

  • Greet patients upon arrival
  • Obtain and verify insurance information, route to appropriate staff
  • Distribute paperwork based on patient needs and review for accuracy
  • Update patient status in computer system per guidelines
  • Verify insurance and frequencies when needed
  • Assist with attaching payments, sending claims, checking billable x-rays

Must have

  • Dental experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize demands
  • Effective communication with clinical team, patients, and staff
  • Team mindset for patient benefit
  • Positive problem-solving skills
