What you would do
- Manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections
- Oversee office budget including supplies and labor costs
- Support sales and marketing to increase new patients
- Recruit, hire, and develop office teams
- Supervise staff performance and provide feedback
- Communicate regularly with teams to ensure support
Must have
- Management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of billing and treatment case presentation preferred
- Knowledge of insurance plans and dental terminology preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environment
- High engagement and supportive of leadership
- Able to work long hours and stay late
