What you would do
- Manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections, and receivables.
- Guide office budget including supplies, equipment, labs, and labor costs.
- Support sales, marketing, and promotional programs to grow patient base.
- Recruit, hire, and develop office teams for patient care.
- Supervise office teams and manage performance and development.
- Communicate regularly with teams to ensure they have needed tools.
Must have
- Management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of billing and treatment case presentation preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance plans and dental terminology preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-starter.
- Flexible and innovative, adaptable to dynamic environment.
- High engagement and supportive of leadership.
- Able to work long hours and stay late if needed.
