What you would do
- Serve as primary client contact for coding concerns
- Develop client engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and retention
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and compliance audits
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Ensure adherence to ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines
- Conduct coding audits and documentation reviews for accuracy
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in medical coding, auditing, and RCM leadership
- CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of payer policies and claims processing
- Experience in coding audits and denial resolution
- Proficiency in RCM platforms and EHR/EMR systems
- Experience managing onshore/offshore coding teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel 35-50%
Nice to have
- Master's degree in related field
- AHIMA or AAPC certification preferred
