What you would do
- Maintain and analyze labor, material, and overhead costs
- Prepare cost reports and analyses for decision-making
- Analyze production results, inventory movements, and gross margin
- Support forecasting and budgeting of standard product costs
- Perform monthly manufacturing variance analysis
- Investigate cost fluctuations and recommend corrective actions
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of accounting experience including inventory costing
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for inventory and cost
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups
Nice to have
- Power BI experience for reporting and dashboard development
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-currency accounting environment
