What you would do
- Contact members with defaulted loans via phone, email, and text
- Support incoming and outgoing calls for delinquency and loss management
- Identify reasons for delinquency through proactive member outreach
- Develop repayment plans and loan modifications to bring accounts current
- Provide consultative guidance to improve members' financial outlook
- Share financial education resources to prevent future delinquencies
Must have
- 1-3 years in call center, customer service, accounts receivable, or financial services
- Bachelor's degree as alternative to experience
- Strong interpersonal skills for team environment
- Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week
- Comfortable in consumer business office environment
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Occasional travel required
