What you would do

  • Administer and support Windows-based servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.

  • Exposure to networking, switches, backups, connectivity, and IT security.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical users.
  • Comfortable maintaining IT standards and explaining technical requirements to users.
  • Desire to remain technically hands-on while developing toward future leadership responsibilities.

Nice to have

  • Manufacturing or industrial IT experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
