What you would do

  • Own enterprise ML operations on Databricks Lakehouse platform
  • Design and automate end-to-end ML production lifecycles
  • Implement CI/CD/CT pipelines for machine learning
  • Establish central governance for ML operations
  • Ensure real-time observability of ML systems
  • Act as principal technical authority for platform engineering

Must have

  • 8+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or DevOps
  • 3+ years leading Databricks MLOps or data platform implementations
  • Advanced proficiency in Azure or AWS Databricks
  • Advanced proficiency in PySpark
  • Advanced proficiency in MLflow
  • Advanced proficiency in Delta Lake
  • Advanced proficiency in Unity Catalog
  • Advanced proficiency in Python
  • Experience building automated CI/CD/CT pipelines with Databricks Asset Bundles
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security controls and secret management
  • Proven client-facing technical lead experience with strong communication skills
