What you would do
- Architect and deploy LLM- and agent-based products on cloud infrastructure
- Design multi-agent systems and orchestration patterns for business workflows
- Build retrieval and grounding pipelines over customer data
- Create automated pipelines for deployment and performance monitoring
- Build rigorous evaluation frameworks for generative outputs
- Design for reliability, fault tolerance, and graceful degradation
Must have
- Proven track record launching LLM- or agent-based products into production
- Strong production-grade Python and modern GenAI tooling
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, tool use, RAG, and prompt engineering at scale
- Experience building evaluation systems for generative outputs
- Familiarity with ML stack (PyTorch, scikit-learn, SQL, Spark) and fine-tuning
- Experience designing orchestration workflows and versioned pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and hacker mentality
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated thought leadership in applied AI
