What you would do

Own delivery of complex features across the software development lifecycle
Design and implement maintainable, testable solutions following technical patterns
Translate business requirements into technical specifications including tradeoffs and risks
Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams on approach and execution
Act as primary owner for services, modules, or core capabilities
Contribute to system reliability through testing, monitoring, and performance tuning

Must have

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
6+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience building production software with C#/.NET
Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
Strong SQL skills with relational databases in production
Experience writing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests
Experience working within CI/CD workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems

Nice to have

Experience with GIS systems including ESRI
Experience with map visualization tools like Google Maps or Mapnik
Git and GitHub experience
Proven experience owning and optimizing production systems
ASP.NET experience with Web Forms, MVC, or Core
Familiarity with low-level software communicating with TCP/IP
