It provides technical leadership, supports disaster recovery planning, and leads strategic infrastructure initiatives.

What you would do
- Design, deploy, configure, and support enterprise network environments including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and VPN.
- Administer and support VMware environments including ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion, and virtual switching.
- Manage Azure infrastructure including VNets, subnets, NSGs, VPN/ExpressRoute connectivity, VMs, storage, and monitoring.
- Maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and related hardware; upgrade IOS and firmware as required.
- Implement and maintain firewall policies, network segmentation, IPS/IDS, and secure remote-access solutions.
- Monitor network and system performance using enterprise tools and perform proactive capacity planning.
Must have
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking including BGP, OSPF, STP, QoS, and IPsec.
- Strong experience with Cisco, SD-WAN platforms, and Palo Alto or equivalent firewall technologies.
- Advanced VMware vSphere administration and virtual networking expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid connectivity.
- Experience with HP enterprise storage platforms supporting virtual environments.
- Strong understanding of network security architecture and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Opmanager, Datadog, Logic Monitor, PRTG, Meraki, and Wireshark.
- Experience integrating on-premises networks with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
- Ability to design scalable, resilient, and redundant network architectures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive enterprise networking experience.

- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, NSE, PCNSE, Network+, or Security+.
