What you would do
- Manage ETL processes and translate business requirements into data solutions
- Investigate and troubleshoot data and user-related system errors
- Implement ETL processes to load data from multiple sources into a data warehouse
- Clean, transform, and prepare large and complex datasets
- Handle missing values, outliers, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
- Apply data scaling, normalization, encoding, and feature engineering techniques
Must have
- Minimum 3 years of ETL development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
- Excellent SQL skills for writing and optimizing complex queries
- Hands-on experience with AWS Database and ETL services
- Experience with S3, Python code, Lambda, CloudFormation
- Active participation in Agile teams
- Solid understanding of various ML algorithms
- Knowledge of model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and cross-validation
- Familiarity with ML frameworks and libraries
- 2+ years of experience in a similar ETL role
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with R programming language
- Experience in training, evaluating, and deploying ML models
- Exposure to AI ML models and AI data solutions delivery
- 1+ years of experience in a distributed remote technology team
