About Fullthrottle.ai

Fullthrottle.ai is an AI-powered advertising operating system for mid-market agencies, brands, and media companies, offering a self-service platform for audience building, omnichannel advertising, and measurement.

What you would do

  • Prototype new tactics, workflows, and AI features to test ideas
  • Write clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for Engineering
  • Collaborate with Engineering on delivery and own QA before and after release
  • Manage product operations including backlog, roadmap, releases, and tooling
  • Hand off finished features to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing for adoption
  • Research AdTech trends and engage with customers to find improvement opportunities

Must have

  • 5+ years in AdTech, MarTech, product, or digital media platform roles
  • Track record of shipping products, not just planning
  • Fluent with AI tools for prototyping, specing, and building
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media including campaign setup and targeting
  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, and ad servers
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Confident communicator across technical and commercial stakeholders
