What you would do
- Design and build automation across finance processes
- Assess current operating models and identify improvement opportunities
- Support process transformation and systems integrations
- Build dynamic data visualizations for management decisions
- Perform data analysis and resolve finance use cases
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and auditability
Must have
- 5+ years experience in audit, finance, or accounting
- Experience in financial services sector
- Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Familiarity with GL and subledger design
- Strong data wrangling skills with Python or SQL
- Project management experience including Agile
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage challenging deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Nice to have
- Crypto, prime brokerage, or Big 4 experience
- Prior prime brokerage or broker-dealer experience
- CPA professional license
- SQL or Python coursework or hands-on experience
