What you would do
- Configure and integrate ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge.
- Develop using JavaScript, Record, Ajax, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Implement Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Data Policies.
- Work with CMDB and CSDM modules.
- Utilize Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, or Employee Center.
- Manage update sets, source control, deployments, testing, and upgrades.
Must have
- 5+ years ServiceNow/ESM platform experience.
- 2+ years federal experience.
- ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
- Development using JavaScript, Record, Ajax, ServiceNow APIs.
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Data Policies.
- Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
- Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, or Employee Center.
- Update sets, source control, deployments, testing, upgrades.
- Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled jobs, data migration.
- 3+ years configuring and integrating ITSM and CMDB/CSDM modules.
- Hands-on API integrations and data migrations.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
