- Perform code and design reviews
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
- Optimize record queries and platform performance
- Design secure applications and integrations
- Manage deployments across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD
- U.S. Citizenship required
Nice to have
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for applicable domains
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB/CSDM
- Experience with Flow Designer/IntegrationHub
- Experience with UI Builder/Workspaces
- Experience with platform security
- Experience with performance optimization
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities like Now Assist
