What you would do
- Design and ship production AI features and agentic systems
- Build multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, and RAG patterns
- Integrate with LLM APIs and MCP servers
- Establish evaluations, tracing, and monitoring for AI features
- Maintain internal agent fleet and dependent applications
- Write production Python services, APIs, and data pipelines
Must have
- 6+ years building and shipping production software
- Production Python expertise in services and APIs
- Strong TypeScript and React proficiency with Next.js
- Hands-on agentic systems with CrewAI, Mastra, LangGraph, or LangChain
- LLM API integration and prompt engineering experience
- Marketing technology background with Marketo or Salesforce
- Working WordPress proficiency with custom themes and plugins
- Clean HTML and modern CSS skills
- Design system and component library creation experience
- Solid database fundamentals with Postgres or MySQL
- Performance optimization and Core Web Vitals expertise
- Accessibility expertise with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA
Nice to have
- Experience with Workato, n8n, or Zapier
- Async Python with FastAPI, Pydantic, or pandas
- LLM evaluation frameworks and regression suites
- Cloudflare, Vercel, or Netlify experience
- GEO/AEO and AI answer engine knowledge
- Sitecore XM/XP experience
- Node-based build tooling and testing frameworks
- REST and GraphQL API integration experience
