What you would do
- Define product requirements and solution approaches from market feedback

Must have

- Hands-on IV compounding experience
- Experience with biologics, parenteral nutrition, IV antibiotics, hydration, inotropes
- Proficiency with USP 797 standards and cleanroom operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- High attention to detail and goal-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
